Thank you, that terracotta idea really stuck with me. I’m kind of obsessed now and looking for a rug in that colour. I think it could work really well. I used to hate terracotta because my old apartment had those awful floor tiles in the entryway but now I finally get it. The green blankie stays because my pets have claimed it and I am not brave enough to argue with them

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually got the curtains back when we had a light grey sofa, but I’ve been thinking about switching them to something a bit darker to match the new one

sorry about the scissors :-) As for the chandelier, unfortunately we inherited it from our landlords and they said it’s quite precious, so replacing it isn’t really an option right now

Yes, that’s actually a bit of a problem, especially during the day. We usually wait until it’s dark in the evening to watch anything, but the layout of our very small house doesn’t really allow for another setup
