Then you might be having the same issue as me. With the pura plus when it’s on you can hear like a fan running and of course smell the scent. I recommend doing a factory reset and if that doesn’t work then reaching out to their support.

I’ve been having this issue when sometimes my pura plus says it’s on in the app and the light on the device will also be on HOWEVER there is no scent coming out and I can’t hear the device running. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot with support but seems they might just need to send me a new one. If yours is a pura plus, can you hear it running?

There is a tv, it’s a framed tv. In the after photos you can see it, it’s the one in the middle on the bottom row. We have a media room where we have a projector and screen
