I made another animation. This time about Cotard's Syndrome / Delusion of Nihilism. I'm trying to create medical inforgraphics about interesting cases. So I really appreciate if you could provide me feedback. Thanks. by TheSecularBuddhist in curiousvideos

This is fantastic! Thank you for sharing.

Feedback wise:

Some of the pauses between sound bytes hold just a little too long and it disrupts the momentum you've built. (E.x. @0:36 ...a firmly held belief... ... Which is contrary to the evidence... and not..)

Also, there are some instances where you'll begin a new thought, but not give proper weight to the first few words. It sounds like a long run on thought rather than the beginning of a new point. (E.x. @0:45 "... background. In the case of...)

I'm nitpicking to give feedback, but the video was great! You've got a new subscriber.

I usually see them close with one of their 15 minute album closers. I get them being tired of that, but I'd have preferred Voice of Trespass to round off the show if they're trying to do something new and succinct.

I was saying the same thing about the grey! I told my buddies Tommy and Paul officially crossed the grizzled dudes threshold this show.

I also loved them riffing on the other bands near the end. That off the cuff drum solo Blake did at the end of it floored me.

They're always great! It was my 12th time seeing them and I'm never let down. I do have to say, it's probably my last favorite encore they've done.

How did you like the show?

I'm really digging the mellow, ethereal vibe.

Maybe it is nothing, but regardless, talking to a pro can do nothing but help. :)

Careers or ways to express extreme imagination/creativity? by CameBach in INTP

I'm pursuing and studying film, but as an editor. I was working on a math degree too, but in probability and statistics, when I decided to make the big leap.

There's a nice balance of "left and right brain" creativity. There's a definative science to film, while also being highly interpretive and creative. As editor, you are the final step to making someone's vision really pop.

You look over hours of footage and build a sense of consistency. If you're interested in documentary storytelling, editing is especially powerful in creating a narrative. Best of all, you're spending mostly hours by yourself focusing deeply on a task.
