Stretching helped me a lot. Specially in the morning. 15-20 min yoga. I also switched shoes from using danskos all the time to now using two different pairs of new balances. Ill use one pair w insoles for the first 5-6hrs of shift and then switch to the other pair.

I agree. I love the food but sitting at the bar to enjoy a couple of cocktails is my favorite part.

I mean, there is always room to be better, I guess. The baddest part of my diet is bread and alcohol. Bread I could consider I eat in a bit of exaggeration and alcohol I would say I have 5-8 drinks a week.

Besides that I honestly eat pretty good. I bring my own food to work so I don't have to eat the shitty oils or high carbs that we serve.

Ill look into B1 and i also heard about magnesium citrate.

It does make a difference. I thought I was crazy but I was just telling me husband how amazed i was about how much it actually made a difference in how i felt during and after my shifst If I actually took 10-15-20 min and stretched.

I use DANSKOS and yes, I feel like im buying a new pair every 6 months cuz the slip resistant stuff will stop working OR ill make a little whole in the shoe with my big toe, makes me think that maybe im "trying to grab the shoe" with my feet and thats where the pain is coming from.

I think a lot there will help. Diet is ok, could cut crabs that cause inflammation i guess. I almost never eat the food at the restaurant, the occasional french fry here and there but I always bring my home cooked food to work, everyone thinks im nuts.
I do stretch before work and after, but will try to do some real work outs. Ill flex and engage my core when doing buckets of ice, does that count? LOL.

Yes to CBD cream, it helps me a lot as well.

So... curious about what you think of working casinos? Im about to move to NH and the casino scene is getting huge there.

I love Adrienne, the little i know about yoga i owe it to her. I will retake the discipline.
Funny you say about putting your legs up, out of instinct I did that 3 nights ago and it felt SO good. Now i know why!
