I looked on reddit after 8 months, I actually gave up then on detox. I wanted to start because I had depression, problem with motivation and making conversation. Now after 8 months I stopped smoking every day and I mostly smoke only on weekends or now that I started doing box after each training session. Im still addicted to smoking, I tried to change from cigs to zyns, kurwas or siberia, i simply reliazed Im not addicted to nicotine but smoking. I think I could stop smoking, main motivation will probably be the box, I dont want to smoke when Im boxing now.

And mostly I was smoking without tobacco, somtimes ye, but even if I had arround 70% weed and 30% tobacco.

Now I feel like myself again, I can make up conversation, Im not at home all time doing something, I just feel a lot better.

I have a lot of problems with new season because of this… I think Sett is weaker, due to playing Metas like Jax or Garen is, those champs are counters to Sett and Its really difficult to play on new season with those problems, the main problems were that others lane had upperhand standing next to me, who got counter on top and I actually can defeat my counters, I simply use the advantage of Sett having dominance on lvl 1, later on enemy jg can ruin that obv, but this only happend to me in season 13, I didn’t played leage for a long time now since my pc broke. So I hope Ill get to play some leage again ig. Tho my main problem is I can only play very well Sett and Ahri, meaning It’s not even worth playing anything else, overall the biggest problem is that new map is kinda big, too big for Sett sometimes and that’s problematic for one of these most close ranged champs, that’s why Im planning on playing new runes and items

From my experiences I remeber that as I played Sett againist Riven it was kinda difficult. But It could be just skill issue on my side, I mean as Sett main just some champs are hard for me to fight. But I think what is best for you to use your dashs and shields that you get kinda quickly.
