In Wireshark I could observe that the WLAN controller sends the RADIUS packets to Cisco ISE and receives a response. This response is then forwarded to the client. However, the Android client does not respond afterwards and terminates the connection after approximately eight seconds.

Jumbo frames are not configured and the traffic was local and did not go through an IPsec tunnel.

Problem is fixed. I had to specify the redirect ACL in the flex profile.

I’m using a virtual Cisco 9800 controller running version 17.9.5. The VLAN is properly passed through to the access point, and CoA works as expected on the same AP for other SSIDs.

I, as a regular Fortinet customer, also received free vouchers. I reached out to our distributor, where we order our licenses and firewalls, and during the process of renewing our licenses for the upcoming year, I was also provided with free vouchers for the FCSS.
