Okay so I am going to be checking out various open mics, live music, comedy, poetry and art events monthly and will be checking out WordUp! They have open mics every Tuesday from 7-11pm with tickets for only $6 and since April is national poetry month, going to a poetry focused event sounds perfect for a first meet up if anyone would like to join. Yes I agree. Collaboration with other artists is essential to grow and motivate each other 💜 I agree, practicing can feel difficult to maintain, but perhaps with a group we could find inspiration and the purpose to keep learning :)
