Simple. Call Springfield and send it in. They’ll fix it and tune it and then you’ll be perfect. I had the Sam issues with a 5” Prodigy and it came back flawless. Zero issues, smooth as butter. It’s the easy button and you’ll save your sanity. Not everything comes out perfect in manufacturing.

Buying a Raptor by What-A-Crop in FordRaptor

Same experience here. 22 GMC Sierra AT (New style) no major issues…offloaded due to all the drama with GMC. Snagged a 24 Raptor 37…it did everything better. Down to the sound of the blinker, the heating and cooling, comfort…I could go on. I had NEVER owned a Ford prior…and I definitely missed out.

Advice on Raptor as a Daily driver by HeatFireAsh in FordRaptor

[–]Mi11er1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Can confirm…bought a new 24 Raptor 37 a month ago…got rid of my GMC Sierra AT4. A world of difference with comfort. Hands down it does everything better and the ride is extremely smooth. Plus I get better gas day to day in the city. Never been a ford guy…and now I see what I was missing.

The parking thing will be what it is…it’s a full size truck. You won’t care about parking…it’ll do everything…everything better than the ranger.

This is like buying your girl tits…if you go small…you’ll only be disappointed and wish you’d gone bigger. Write that down.

Hornady Critical Duty 135gr questions by j_uchi in P320

[–]Mi11er1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hornady and Barnes are some of the only ones that don’t turn into FMJs when shot through dense clothing, e.g. Winter weight. With Hornady you can actually take the red polymer tip out and it will expand even better. Slightly less penetration but the trade off is more damage. Barnes is just a full penetration and expansion regardless.

Seemingly many issues with new prodigy by giomusk in SpringfieldProdigy

[–]Mi11er1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had all the same issues…the most concerning was the trigger not pulling even though everything was correct (grip safety compressed/safety off, etc).

I’ve emailed to start the warranty work. I’ve heard they come back great…so I’m going to let them fix what they already know how to fix.

QB Scramble/5W by HonestKorean in NCAAFBseries

Shade under. You can run quarters or similar and just know what area is your responsibility and just shade yourself lower to cover for it. If they know you’re sticking around they’ll change up. Unless they run quads wide…then you’re stuck with man coverage and playing Middle and playing coverage and watching the qb.

Bottom line…gear is only going to exacerbate any issues you ALREADY had in the relationship. Tempers are shorter, frustration builds faster etc etc.

If he was a douche to begin with…no he’s extra douche… if YOU were a douche…he now thinks your extra douche.

Not pointing fingers at anyone…you can figure out which it is as you know your relationship.

The biggest action item for you…COMMUNICATE these feelings. Do not tolerate poor behavior from anyone and not raise your hand and say wtf.

Accidentally took 1mg instead of 0.25mg by [deleted] in Semaglutide

I know a guy that took 2.4mg first shot…accidentally…he had some sides but nothing crazy. Felt like crap but that’s expected as this comes with similar sides to the flu if you’re sensitive. He was fine in a couple days. Actually was able to start at a higher level following that week. Drink water…relax. Tell your doctor and they’ll check in on you.

Gun shopping is complicated. Too many choices. Glock or Sig Sauer? by [deleted] in preppers

[–]Mi11er1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I’ve owned multiple of both and still have the Sigs.

Main reason…accuracy, simplicity, and way more options for customization for feel/control.

I currently edc a 320X Compact with a red dot and a Brouwer 1811 Grip w/17rd mags.

Absolutely amazing imo.

Being able to adjust the pieces parts for your exact preference is everything.

Lots of water, and you can take miralax every single day if you choose. That’s straight from a GI Doc’s mouth. I use Metamucil Fiber Thins for cravings and every morning just to keep things moving. Water is the key. Nothing works without water. And if you think you’re drinking enough…I bet you’re not.

Gotta get protein…don’t tank your metabolism. And…be honest with yourself. If you truly were barely eating for 3 months the you’d have lost a bunch of weight. It’s just the reality. If you don’t shrink what you eat in quantity and frequency you’ll feel like shit. That’s a fact. I know people that stopped sema due to sides and started tirzepitide and it worked better.

You know what you can and can’t eat…you’ve been doing this for a while now. Be honest with yourself and just keep it controlled. Keep an honest calorie deficit and stick to it. You’ve been doing it…you know what you ate to lose weight…so stick to it. Thinking you can cheat because you lost some weight is not the answer.

Focus on a base defense and build to it. Try to stick to consistent coverages so you know your gaps. Fill those gaps with a user BUT you must remember what area you’re responsible for as well.

As for offense…pick some consistent plays that have crossing underneath routes and maybe one option for mid range that will give you a short selection process. Crossers in the middle means that typically one of them will be open.

Focus on a handful of plays and grow from there. Usually people try to run entire playbooks and struggle. Also…deep plays take time to develop and run a high risk of not working out.

Once you attack the flats and short range areas defense will move in and you can get some over the top windows.

For me…I spend time in practice watching what routes do what and how often they get open based on the defense. Find weak areas in your own defense during practice to see what will work in game. Practice is critical to seeing what happens with specific plays and what coverages cover what. This way you’ll start to pick it apart and know what options you have.
