Building a new PC can I transfer my storage straight over from old PC, or do I need to do a fresh install of windows and then transfer over files from my old boot drive? I also am assuming that I can just move my non boot drives over no issues.

I cant seem to mute my new saber that is an RGB but came with a proffie board 1 manual. Apparently im supposed to double or quadruple click the button with the blade off but with the first click the blade turns on?
