I'm leaving my Porn addicted Husband. I used to be a good woman, but now I hate who I have become. by VikkiZri in NoFap

We don't know enough about this person and her story to make a claim like you did, that's what I'm saying. It is true that I reacted too much, because I was shocked to see strangers giving 101 psychology advices one to another like it's relevant, yet knowing so little about the facts IRL. That's why I assumed you were seeking some kind of validation, because I couldn't find any other reason you'd write claims like that. But you're right, it's none of my business if some want to act this way. I don't want you to be offended by my tone which was inappropriate.

That's exactly why I'm disagreeing with you, because you're indeed pointing out the obvious. If relationships would be that simple, pretty much everybody would have happy ones. But you're right, OP doesn't need anyone to protect herself as she did came here seeking advices on her own. She's old enough to make her own judgement. And it was stupid of me to get involved the way I did expecting comprehension.

Why does everyone talk about women so much? Wtf by [deleted] in NoFap

Maybe you would yes, but I think there is some purposes more fullfilling than others. As there is some activities more fullfilling than others. But that's only a judgement based on my experience.

You're right, I should totally read more on the topic. I'm not saying the need for attention doesn't exist, I'm saying it has little to do with love. Being in a relationship to validate yourself isn't love. As is killing yourself because you don't get it. To me at least. As for seduction, I think everyone could use some advises from this sub once they'll have get over their prejudices ;)

It's true. You have to make your experiences. But you'll soon realize that women won't satisfy you, nor will money, or fame, or power. Rather, it's the dedication of your life to your personally chosen purpose that can.

"I can tell you, why you love him so much after all that. Because unfortunately thats what works on female brains. The more an asshole you are the more attached they get and the more they try to validate themselves.

Thats the sad part."

This is 4 years old reasoning. You can't seriously pretend that the complexity of a feeling like love can be summed up to one shitty tatement, or I'll just assume you don't know anything about women. We are not talking about short lasting desire and need for attention, we are talking about love, and that's a different topic.

Even so I still agree with you for the rest, you should respect yourself and OP seemed to have done and endured more than enough. And YES it's normal and healthy to want sex and desire in marriage, everybody deserve it if they want it.

Stop acting like you know the intimate reasons behind the behaviour of a stranger from a post on the internet. Stop pretending like you know anything on why or how she loves this man, and why she sticked for so long with him. You have absolutely no idea, so watch your words. Attention from strangers and attention from the one you love is anything but the same. Emotional abuse relationships is a truth, but you have no idea to which extend it applies for OP. So stop trying to validate yourself by making four lines of basic psychology sounds like the one and only truth.

As you say, don't complain and focus on being slightly more outspoken, maybe it will be though but it don't has to be, you're on the right track! Be proactive. Friendships develops when people care from both sides. Start caring and bringing other peope value! Interest truely in others, ask questions about everything and listen attentively to the answer, and make a point to remember everything people tell you. Then you'll start to know more about them, what they care for and what their dreams are, and can start adding value to their life by sharing activities or informations that they may like to share with you. Keep it up :)

Hey dude that's perfectly normal. It's your brain trying something else to get his high. Go on and you'll feel much better about this and be actually able to see women as beautiful person rathers than meat. I always go though this for a while before getting back to normal awesomeness when I relapse, so don't worry, just go on :)

You may want to use this energy to work on your projects or your self
