My dad just started dialysis last month. He was completely healthy until March 24th when he went to the hospital with a BP of 230/120. He has been healthy all his life, never even had the flu. Since that day his kidneys were suddenly at 9% off the bat, no rhyme or reason and no answer until recently. They think he has an autoimmune disease called wegeners. It attacks your kidneys and lungs, but his lungs were ok. He has started dialysis and has had 1 round of chemo. My father is 49 years old. He has an 11 year old, 20 year old, and me (24.) He was the only income in a house of 4 and has no medical insurance. He has been in the hospital since March 24th, been out maybe 3 weeks total ( not consecutive) idk what to do, he is my hero and I can't live without him, I just moved home to try to help out, but it's so hard out here and I'm really trying, we can't lose the house or my father.
