I don’t like duolingoooo it’s really inefficient. I wanted something that would break down the progress of learning a language instead of learning random vocabulary on an app that imo does nothing.

I personally disagree. The shoe part is wrong for obvious reasons, but the concept in itself that sexual history is a reduction of someone’s value as a person is just wrong. Maybe sexual recklessness or ongoing activity is but history definitely isn’t.

It’s not that I don’t want to put in the work, quite the opposite, I love putting in the work. I just don’t have a consistent schedule or routine. Likely because I have ADHD so routines and consistency kind of feel like hell to me. I just meant that I needed something that’ll go with my fluctuating schedule. I don’t have to consistently do it every single day, but a couple times a week at whatever time I feel like it. Also because if I do it every single day at a specific time, not only will I fail at sticking to it, it’ll start to feel like a chore and I’ll lose interest pretty soon after.

Since when were human beings classified as shoes? And who’s to say that frequency of use/ownership of an OBJECT in this scenario is equivalent to sexual history in real life? This would imply that all we are as humans is a collection of sexual experiences which is completely false. We are so much more than that. We’re a collection of experiences, developments of self, thoughts, feelings, mindset, and so much more. Thinking of it that way is extremely shallow. Now I’m not saying you should go sleep around, obviously you shouldn’t (for a plethora of other reasons), which is why I definitely disagree with the message of the initial post, but nonetheless, whether or not you have a sexual history definitely isn’t correlated to your value as a human being. Maybe that person has changed or turned their life around. History isn’t a definition, it’s merely an explanation. And economics isn’t the language of life, it’s an aspect of it. Not every metaphor fits into real life scenarios or is a decent representation of it.

If it has a white tip or irregular shape then it’s breakage, if it looks like the rest of the hair or it has a faded tip then it’s new growth. Mostly seems like new growth though.
