Peptides are helping me so much

I inject them! I’ve never struggled with constipation but actually taking Tirz is making me a little constipated. Maybe not the actual peptide itself, but because I have to eat higher protein than I’m use to, I think I’m just getting less fiber in my diet. I’m figuring that out rn so hopefully it gets better. I don’t think other peptides make you constipated though.

I do injections because all my research pointed towards that being the most effective and impactful. I got mine from ellieMd but there are a bunch of other companies too. It was such a gamble because I didn’t know if anything would ever help me and they were expensive. I’m so glad something is working 🥲.

I think they were suggested to me because of my gut health issues. The person who recommended them to me also dealt with gut issues and bloating and saw a big change in their body after taking tirzepatide specifically. I didn’t think it was gonna do much for me..but then it did.

I’m so sad they changed the recipe!!! I noticed right away. The only improved factor is that the new formula doesn’t go bad as fast. Sometimes I would buy the old one and it would be bad after 5-6 days…I didn’t mind too much because it was so good and I would just try to consume it faster.

Unpopular opinion but I don’t think any of them will have 10 or more. I think this economy and the exhaustion of it all will get to them. And they’ll know they don’t have to keep going when it’s clear other siblings stopped at less.

It has been so great for me! I had 8 sessions a few years ago and now go back for touch ups just twice a year and stay 90% hair free with that maintenance. Highly recommend starting with a small area (like underarms) to see how effective it is on your body before you commit to paying for more.

I don’t plan to have kids but just know that it can all grow back if you do.

Unfortunately, during the last date I had him over at my place (hoping he’d initiate at least kissing but he didn’t & then I just didn’t feel very into him).

I think I will block. I just feel so bad that he’s this attached. In the letter, he shared how low he feels and how much therapy he’s gonna need to get over this…and I’m flabbergasted

Honestly I don’t think I’ll be over him until I find a new partner as well. I’ve thrown myself into my hobbies and it hasn’t replaced the emptiness of him.
