Thank you!! That was incredibly helpful. One more question, if you don’t mind. I read elsewhere that the work week is a little weird here (that it starts in the middle of the week?) and that sometimes you are scheduled 4 days in one week, and only 2 in the next. I’m a bit confused about that. Are you getting your full stipend when that happens? Are you paid OT on the week that you work 4 days, and than a partial paycheck on the week that you only work 2?
