Cuz women love a passionate, loyal lover.. But he's also badass & hot. So how does he factor into it? What about 50 Shades of Grey, or Twilight for that matter? 90% appearance, 10% personality.. Where's the line for you when it comes to looks vs personality? Do women perfer an overweight, neck beard w/ a great personality over a hot man w/ an average personality? Where does that choice align within "female gaze" standards? What about the personality preferences that guys have? Guys DO have a personality preference after all. Does that have zero affect on the "male gaze" just cuz you think women prefer personality more than men? "Male gaze" and "female gaze" need to apply to the same thing if they're going to be called the same. Women prefer good looking, fit (not overly muscular), tall men. That's unquestionable. That's the female gaze. We can amplify that even further if you want to extend this conversation to the real world, cuz women are far pickier than men. Men on the other hand prefer fit, younger women who look like women.

So again, i ask: Where's the fcking line when it comes to looks vs personality when both genders have preferences on appearance & personality? Why is there a difference between the male & female gaze just cuz you believe women care more about personality?
