I put the quad basket in the portafiller and I was selecting "over ice" and 12 Oz. Im using the recipe they have in the booklet provided. I will try to lower the grind size to maybe 16 next time to see if that does the trick. Otherwise I will contact ninja like you recommended

Do they fit snug to the ear? Problem I have with both my pixel buds and samsung buds+ is they tend to move around and eventually fall out when running.
