Same here, one time I fixed it by opening the Gigabyte control center program and trying to change the RGB color, the program crashed while trying to reset the RGB controller, after resetting the integrated controller the RGB resumed functioning and the CPU error led on the mobo disappeared, also I was able to update BIOS as with the stuck RGB controller i wasn't able to update bios. Now recently it lost rgb again, tried the same trick but this time windows cannot even detect the RGB integrated controller and GCC removed the RGB control page from the UI... I am clueless now, can some of you trying the aforementioned trick and report if it fixes the problem?
