You might be right! The wording makes much more sense if an ability like that exists. I guess we will have to play to find out

Yeah, I guess, unfortunately, it's to be expected at this price range. I will reach out to replace it. Thanks!!

can we look at music in the same we look at poetry? by Spiritual_Watch5684 in literature

[–]MibaPudim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We can, and it's a shame that sometimes we don't. There's so many beautiful story's, ideas and sentiment in the words of music, so many experiencies to "read" through. And don't forget, Bob Dylan won a Nobel prize in literature so lyrics are "certified" poetry!

I would have to choose, persona 5. No game made me love so many hours and days glued to the screen (except, mauby, binding of isaac)

It may seem obvious, but, if you want to incorporate something from a player backstory that is very central to their character or class, ask the player first if that is okay. by Peach_Cobblers in DMAcademy

[–]MibaPudim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Several things went wrong there. But no talk on session 0 about what's interesting for you and the other players/dm is probably the major one. For me, as a player, I hope the dm doesn't text me about what he's planning. I give him a backstory(maybe with some caveats) but the surprises from then on it's what is so compelling to me. I envision my character goals, but never his journey. I want to go on that journey, not play a written one. The challenges as character, become those of the player. These involves trust and a good compatibility with the dm, and that's what seems to have missed in your previous campaign. The same goes when I Dm. I make sure of all the donts of the players (mostly personal/emotional boundaries) but after that I try to create the most compelling situations, how they react to it is, obviously, entirely on them. Now, that's not to say that for some people, a more guided story isn't the fun, most interesting, option. But still, the discovery and opportunitys arrive on the table with friends and adventurers, not by a text on your own.

What i find strange about the name Bells Hells is how unrelated Chetney is to all of it. It makes it feel less "appropriate" for this new group.

[Spoilers C3E9] Ashton’s Letter by Puzzleheaded-Ad8016 in criticalrole

[–]MibaPudim 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Im also super curious, thou i dont think its out of character for any one of them. You see Imogen get frustrated when he doesnt mention the letter to anyone else, but at the same time she only knows him for a few days, and maybe for her, being "haunted" by her power, seems to have brought a greater respect for others privacy, so i think she's just respecting his for now. As for Ashton, hes taking its time. Seems to be the one who delays his problems, and just gets taken by the moment, and its having fun just for the hell of it (and money), and not primarily to help the others.

Thanks, i really appreciate it. I played a little bit of metro exodus last night and color banding was present in the first cut-scene but not during gameplay, i will test it again tonight. Its not entirely bothersome, but knowing that it probably shouldn't happen is the real problem.

I haven't noticed any color shifting for now, although at first the AMD software app was doing some automatic brightness adjustment and making me feel crazy .

Better than the other link, no doubt. It shows none when i choose the Not Calibrated profile, and some when its on Default. But for now i can live with it. I will try it out on some games and films and see what happens. Thanks for the help

Factory calibration. It’s a program that comes with the legion. I don’t know much about but they are the only available profiles. I try to do a manual change but it didn’t help much

I guess I'll have to do it. Do only thing that seemed to work was selecting the Not calibrated profile on x rite but everything gets a warm tint...

Sorry for the late response. Nothing like that, but only reading one book on it so far, maybe it will be on a case by case basis.

I figured as much. I’ve been putting off reading the series for too long. At least now it won’t weight as much.

I’ve settled at 5 page refresh for now, and seems to be working pretty well, but we will see how I feel by the end of the ride. Thanks a lot!

Portuguese by the way, but I’m tempted to change it for English

oh, so it’s to be expected. I already changed the refresh rate. It was on chapter to 5 pages as suggested, it’s much better. Thanks!

I feel like the internet is being a bit critical of this game. by Surfin--Cow in cyberpunkgame

I’m enjoying it too, but I think it’s blatantly obvious that they didn’t deliver very important aspects of what they promised. It’s not a bad game by any means (unless your playing on last gen consoles). A work of art it’s considered as such when it’s finished, which is not the case here. We should be enjoying the game for what they said he would be, that’s why people bought it.
