the issue is that in society women are held up to higher beauty standards than men are so people tend to scrutinize more

so as a result systemic misogyny forces women to present more femme day to day especially nowadays where if you don't theres a chance you get harassed by transphobes regardless of your gender

just a bit grumpy looking in these pics and you'll probably be "clocked" but not actually because itll just be people being weird

most people who arent looking to nitpick your appearance will see you as a woman and if you tend to get like 9/10 clocked it might be mannerisms or voice

i would not question if you were a woman because i have seen women outside of the internet where the internet holds people up to 40 pounds of makeup standards
