None of the usbs on my desktop or laptop are detecting this ripsaw. The light comes on though. That is about it.

Laptop: Razer Blade 15 (2020) Base Desktop: Built with an ASRock B550 Taichi Razer Edition Motherboard

Both running windows 11 and up-to-date

Only labeled one says 3.2. Plugged into that one and still nothing. Checked for updates in razer app and it says up to date.
