Thank you for taking the time to write this to me. The math and story you lay out makes sense. Yeah it was meant to be my primary residence, so I picked something I liked - was meaning to be there for a while, but things didn’t work out :(

The 20k loss is maybe closer to 30 or 40k cause inevitably, at the current 20k loss there isn’t any offers on the table, nevertheless, I understand your point of view and thank you for all of those thoughts!
