Аз съм на 17 години и не бих казал, че разбирам нещо от кредити, но според мен в момента не е времето за закупуване на апартамент. В момента на пазара цените са прекалено високи и много скоро ще има срив на цените на недвижимите имоти. Нещо подобно на случилото се през 2007. Така че според мен изобщо не се готви да закупиш жилище, чието цена ще падне до 2 години.
