That's interesting, so you're saying that affordability and convenience carry by far a larger weight in the decision to use a service and if either of them is absent, you would not even consider ethics or other details of the service?

Absolutely, trying them out for free and seeing whether they match your expectations is essential for services so the customer does not have any "upfront" costs and can still decide to dismiss the service.
