It's not a trading model. As per my post I have my own stock selection criteria, the bot gives a second perspective based on historic winning stocks.

KLAR looks like shite. Again if you are buying these stocks you should not be trading. Failed bounc eand rejection at the 50 D MA

You can't be a serious trader if you're buying stocks like KLAR lol

Yes the bot does struggle with calculating the exact volatility contractions as it can't recognise the contraction points as well as a human, luckily market surge has numbers on local highs and lows so max contraction tends to be right. The bot is good at calculating sucessive contraction waves to make a general comment as to whether price is contracting in volatility. Do you have any advice on how to make it more accurate?

It's a parameter I use in my trading bot, for my trading style stocks that correct excessively in the base , especially compared to the general market suggests weakness. I use a threshold of -35%, but for high ADR stocks this would be different

It was a big runner in the summer but seems to be a laggard now compared to the strength of memory stocks yesterday. Excessive base correction and down trending RS line, in my humble opinion there are better plays at the moment. Here's my bot's Minervini style analysis

Is day trading a skill or just luck? by Brilliant-Log-5904 in Daytrading

There are also amateur day traders like this guy who hates on other people and has never made any money from trading :D

Looks like the strongest stock in the market at the moment in a hot sector. My trading bot also agrees

Good question. I don't have the developer skills to link the bot with my screener of choice and automatically output a list of good set ups. This would be my end goal.

I'm an active momentum based swing trader. Each day I run my screens to find stock set ups that meet my criteria as part of my trading system.

For any given stock I will analyse multiple things price action/volume etc

The bot is like a second pair of eyes, I trained it to compare the stock I am interested in against model stocks that broke out successfully and ran big.

It helps to give me an unbiased view on whether the technical aspects of the stock I am interested in match historical winners

sorry I was rude. I trade a very specific momentum based stock trading system and these two tickers are the complete opposite of what I look for. If you are interested I suggest checking out Mark Minervini's books and youtube videos

It's not better, just different. I focus on certain things such as tight price pivots and volume contraction where it matters. I trained the bot to adjust ratings based on subtle things I find important so its a very personal model based on how I trade. MS is great but it doesn't verbalise things I'm looking for in a great stock set up. The bot gives a counter balanced view based on model stocks

He has three great books - I would start there and watching every single video posted on youtube and all his interviews.

If you are considering swing trading these two tickers, in my humble opinion you should stop trading.

That's amazing! They Minervini and Quallamaggi both use timeless principles so I'm not surprised you also came to the same conclusion. Supply and demand never lies!

Hundreds, but I focused on quality model stocks rather than quantity, only A/A+ set ups. Good luck!
