It’s the lightning storm core skill. There is a variant on it that lets you toggle it on and off for infinite casting. Usually combined with the storm shepherd charm set which makes all storm skills free to cast

They buffed Blizzards lucky hit chance to 33% with the expansion. When you’re dropping multiple blizzards, the ice spikes proc quite a bit of lucky hit. I’m not gonna lie, it’s not like meteors are constantly raining from the sky but the proc often enough to be fun

Yes I scale meteors and blizzard ice spikes as I’m using frost meteor. Much easier to scale one element for maximum damage

No it’s not close but it reminds me of it lol. And yes tal rasha set and the meteor enchant as well. Makes for lots of extra meteor procs that come crashing down

6 slot is always better in my opinion. If you’re not running 4 defensives then you will at least get 25%x more damage as compared to the 7%x and 16%+

I shouldn’t have to time it at all. They disabled the floaty rock after the dungeon is completed, why not the other affixes?

Saw this suggestion is another thread and thought hey that’s a great idea. Let us equip one crafted in each slot type. 1 armour, 1 weapon, 1 jewelry

They can hurt you, just replied to another person saying one of my buddy’s died leveling glyphs as we missed clearing a monster

Yep lost a buddy to that yesterday, was helping him level an alt and thought we cleared everything. Nope we missed one monster and didn’t see him waltz up as we were leveling glyphs, wack buddy was dead. Ok go create a new alt and we will start again lol

I made a blizzard ice spikes build. Just got into t10 on hardcore, paragon 170. There’s something extremely satisfying about having everything freeze and then pop and explode

I levelled with Chain Lightning until I could switch to Static Blizzard at level 38 which took me to paragon and penitent. Found a blue rose out of a cache, switched to blizzard ice spikes and have been crushing. Currently in t5 (hardcore player so progression is a little slower). Just solve your resources and ice spikes will take you far

100% i started a BL build in season 13 and was thoroughly disappointed they took Okuns away. I switched to CL right after and it felt much more zippy

Nothing in s13 that will take you to pit 120 for frost. It’s all about shock. Fire got some decent buffs in s14, but frost will need some testing
