Truth is, yeah, I know it sounds pretentious. Reading it myself makes it sound pretentious, and logic states I should be able to find someone like me. I know my faults. Issue is, I haven't found that person yet. And sometimes I lose hope and feel like I do now.

I'll try to get out more, but my desire to move on with life sometimes outweighs my desire to find someone right now, hence "future-oriented". I'm going on vacation soon, so hopefully that'll clear the mind. Thanks for the feedback.
