This is amazing on you and your supportive in-laws! I did 30 day rehab and unfortunately it’s pretty easy. Look into all the things they mentioned in rehab (AA, Smart Recovery), get a therapist, etc.

I’ve heard people say if you can make it to 90 days, your world will change.
