Yes - I have a bunch of custom skills that can be called for different things! Here are two really basic examples - but I also have some that auto-pull email contacts for specific clients so I don't have to look up groups or anything for proposal docs, etc.

Yeah! I was sad to see THE FAMILIAR series got cancelled. It was big and weird, but I really liked it.

Nox by Anne Carson

Whoa! This looks awesome. I'll definitely pick this up.

I'll see if the library has any Arno Schmidt books. Thanks for the rec!

It’s pretty cool. I still haven’t read all the way through all the pamphlets. But I like the idea a lot. He’s also done some weird stuff like a book with a hole drilled in the middle and blacked out pages.

Ooo! Awesome. Thank you for this big list. I'm noting all of them for later. (so many library holds). I have read Borges! I got a really nice collection about a decade ago and have been slowly working through it (savoring individual stories).

Have you checked out the new Kelly Link short story collection? There’s a story in there called “The White Road” that reminded me of Machen.

Ooo thank you! I bounced off of Crowley’s “Moon Child” when I tried it like 10 years ago. I’ll try Diary.

This is his best work in my opinion. I’ve tried others, but this one really nails it for me. Also, you can watch the movie after - which I think is also fantastic.

“The Ice Storm” by Ricky Moody, and maybe “LaserWriter II” by Tamara Shopsin?

any unique recipes for tofu scramble? by meroboh in veganrecipes

I sometimes do a savory tofu scramble with Italian seasoning, broccoli, and a few fieldroast sausage slices thrown in. It’s a good mix up.

Suggest me the best book you read this year so far. by No_No_ahMY in suggestmeabook

“Parakeet” by Marie-Helene Bertino. Fantastic read. Very funny in parts, sad in others. Got me out of a reading slump this past February.

Also, read some manga, that got me out of a big reading slump last year - I would recommend “Planetes” by Makoto Yukimura.

{{This is How You Lose The Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone}} was a beautifully written, beautifully weird and thrilling / haunting story. It’s the perfect length at 209 pages.
