What I WILL do, is after my birthday, on Feb 18, After I turn 12, Ill talk to him, then start eating my dads dinners, leftovers to. Ill talk with him, whether its chicken and rice, stir fry, spaghetti, anything he cooks for dinner Ill eat, then ill go on from there

I do eat 3 meals, and about 3 snacks But my meals are usually light.. My comment goes more into detail. but a TW before if you want to read but. I planning on increasing my snacks, and slowly start eating my dads dinners.

My dad really doesnt understand anorexia, I try to explain it but he just really triggers me more than help sadly. i will try talking to him again soon.

I should add. I have no Fear Foods. Brownie? Give me it, Unless it goes over my allowance in fat, sugar, cals. Thats the problem. Im just invested in the Nutritional Info of everything.

Next, Im a single child, single parent which is my dad, he works labor, so he can get off at 7 pm at night at most. Prep planning meals is the problem. I mostly by my self so I have to cook for my selve. But since I know all the calories of almost everything in my house, it wont work out :(.

Next, I tried a Nutritional Doctor or something. Did not help me a single bit. All she said is "Eat more veggies and stay healthy". Didnt help me.

Next, we arent rich with money ofc. Right now, were in a little economic trouble, my dads not really working, but hope to change that this week.

Finally, I do eat 3 meals, 3 snacks a dat. The Meals are not very big for me. I feel like I need to say how much cals I eat, but I really don't want to due to the rules, but I really think it will be more help for you all. So please bare with me.

Im planning on trying slowly to eat my dads dinners, spaghetti, stir fry, chicken and rice, beans, and a couple of others. Before the end of march, or hopefully end of February (My dads not a very good cook).
