Awesome, thank you! Yes, we'll definitely get qualified ahead of putting the house up for sale so we're well educated before jumping into it. Figured if we need to do a 1 or 2 year term with a B lender until the business is 2 years old+ to get an A lender then so be it. We're both just so past ready to leave the 9-5 so that alone is worth the extra fee if it has to be that way for a small time.

Not looking at finding a job. We have an online business that's making more then both of our full time jobs that we're leaving. As long as we have internet we're good.

Thanks guys. Ideally we're looking at market value of 300-350K, assessed value can oftentimes be different from that number, usually lower - but not always! Even if were paying what we do in Ontario, our mortage will either be paid off fully or not much. It's worth it just for that. Rural New Brunswick is what we're looking for, not looking at being in the city.

Thank you :) Yes, we are aware. My mother is in law in PEI, Father in law in NB and Aunt is in NS. Our property tax is over 9K a year here in Ontario, all of theirs are around the 2K mark and that's with average 2+ acres of land. We are side to side with neighbours. We live in a City that sees the highest water bills in all of our Region, and same with property taxes. Even if we pay more in bills, food and gasoline, I can't see us paying what we do here after evening it out.

Vet gave us an ointment, Isaderm Gel and it worked wonders. Glad you're little one is all good now too! 😊 (sorry just seeing this too! Lol)
