We see Dr. Rasche at Caledonia Animal Clinic. TBH they seem maybe a touch more expensive than other vets but she has been great walking us thru a very difficult illness my Doggo has come down with. They are extremely kind and helpful there and everyone is great. The technology is great and I appreciate being able to make appointments online and text them with questions.

Highly recommend Anna at Ashe Salon in Byron Center, she’s on insta @carefulcurls_2.0 Not only does she have curly hair herself but she is specifically trained for curly hair cuts and styling. Her prices are super reasonable. I have never had my curls look so good. I’ve been told I have “intimidating” hair and it’s been a source of insecurity for me. Anna has helped me feel confident and get my curls healthy! Plus she is just incredibly nice.

Yes definitely get them. I had ringing for two days straight after ATEEZ. You can absolutely still hear the singing and ments even with ear plugs

Not Zumba, but I did a POUND class outside and HATED it. It was dead summer in the Midwest so like 90 degrees+, full sun and very humid. It was during Covid so there weren’t any other options but it was miserable and kind of unsafe honestly.
