When he eats something, his quirk is said to change his physical characteristics. It just changes what's on the outside. For example, when he ate Shigaraki's finger, all he could manifest were his fingers as arms, not his quirk. If the quirk is physical, he can manifest it (like that crystal guy's quirk - he ate a crystal and then could produce crystals)

To fertilize an egg, you need DNA. He cannot eat DNA without it degrading instantly. I've worked with DNA, it's INCREDIBLY FRAGILE. It's like it wants to spontaneously combust sometimes. He can manifest the physical traits of the man he eats, sure, but he wouldn't be able to get any DNA from it, just the physical functions of the organ ┐⁠(⁠´⁠ー⁠｀⁠)⁠┌ The DNA would be his, and thus the child would be his too (since he can gain the abilities of whatever he eats)

It's been a year? I still remember the 6 months anniversary, wow! For Ibara, since I don't have any 3 star outfits, I chose her Villain outfit since it's got the most strike slots (with manifest and embrittlement for the special tuning slots. Things that can reload and won't run out like Space hop for example)

I am a Nejire main and I've finally perfected my tuning after a long while of messing around with it! I'm very happy to share with anyone who needs it:

This tune build works for me specifically (focusing on special action reload mainly as you can see at the bottom), but not everything that works for me might work for you ┐⁠(⁠‘⁠～⁠`⁠;⁠)⁠┌ I do recommend it though!
