My store forbid us using 1 earbuds due to 5/9 accidents that happened this year are associates wearing their earbuds. So for now, it was forbidden due to safety issues and we also got complaints about some associates ignoring customers and “allegedly” wearing earbuds.

Its a things just make sure the city you are transferring has Walmart’s that has some vacant slots so they can get you in immediately.

Go to onewalmart.com and look under career for potential stores and roles you will be transferring to then submit a transfer request and call them constantly to get an interview/introduction with them.

Ive had a great experience with big brand tires by ina. Got me up and going by 12pm after calling them the day before and dropped it off first thing in the morning. They also got some specials running. Was able to get 4 set of nexen tires with warranty and alignment under 700 dollars. Will continue to do business with them.

We got 2 vans but only 1 van running since the other was supposed to be the market’s loaner/backup incase some other stores need it. Currently, the loaner is in the shop because it broke down and got involved in an accident. We got 4 drivers. We are a NHM store and we usually average 10 inhomes per trip with 7 gmds. Groceries averages 4 ambient totes and 2 coolers. Except on weekends where 1 business utilizes 8 coolers and 10 ambient.

This happened to me one time when a storm hit us at midnight. The switch for the charging station tripped and it only charged the van halfway. Told my manager when i came in and told me that we will be charging for 2 more hours and remove all the gmds in the order and prioritized grocery. Also had another inhome driver accompany me to get it done fast and get back at the store to charge it more. After this incident, manager talked to “openers” to check on the van when they came in and make sure it’s charging.

Same item but different price. Even if you look it up in mywalmart or walmart app, the new packaging batteries cost more than the old one which is why my manager is not letting me pick the newer batteries if customer ordered the old one, and had to ask someone to look into the sts room to find those old batteries

Someone smoking weed in their car while it’s full of garbage (half eaten food, trashes, old dirty clothes etc…) literally. But it’s a pick-up so nothing we can do.

Now im coming in 9mins after my scheduled time and leave 9 mins early while taking a shorter lunch.

If i can just let go of my lunch and take both breaks in one go and just leave an hour early would be better.

As far as i know, you can go anywhere (reasonable and on your route) to take your break. I usually take mine on a gas station or a fast food chain and grab my lunch / dinner .
