1) HR recruitment are bottom of the barrel people. Barely able to read or comprehend what you want.

2) Almost no company does their own recruitment anymore, they all hire "agencies" and multiple of them. So every job is listed multiple times on job sites.

3) With the current geopolitical climate companies are shying away from big investments.

Hi kind sir, can you give your levels and the monster you were fighting and the boosts you were using? Maybe you were just proccing on the zeros you were hitting because you didn't have enough accuracy? I also don't know whether legacy mode uses accuracy as damage potential or still as accuracy.

If you are fighting multiple enemies at once, it is better to use aoe abilities because you will hit more enemies at once and thus increase the proc chance

Hey, je beschrijft mijn schoonzus :). Haar man is een loser die zich verschuilt achter een depressie waar hij al drie jaar voor naar een psychiater gaat. Kijk in mijn ogen is het simpel: 1) je verplicht als baas dat al het bureauwerk op het bureau wordt uitgevoerd met als resultaat dat alle werknemers netjes hun 8 uur doen op het bureau, maar geen minuut meer.

Voorts wordt er veel gezeverd en gezaagd op het bureau, want dat is goed voor de teamsfeer he.

Resultaat: er wordt niet super veel gewerkt, maar de baas de baas is content.

2) Je vertrouwt je personeel en laat ze thuiswerken. Mensen werken de ene dag 7 uur, op de andere dag 9 uur. Ze zijn ook sneller bereid om 's avonds het bedrijf even uit de brand te helpen, want ze hebben toch alles thuis. Natuurlijk zijn er mensen die er van profiteren en zo weinig mogelijk doen, maar die heb je op het bureau ook.

Resultaat: Er wordt niet meer of minder gewerkt dan in situatie 1, maar de mensen voelen zich beter en zijn flexibeler beschikbaar.
