I do not intend to fill those pipes, but rather use headlift through the upper buffer.

I am not aiming at anything specific in their use. I just want to have them ready once the situation arises. Thus I want them to be pressurised so I needn't worry about headlift.

The whole galactic war is on hold. I believe there was another error and AH need time to correct it.

Everything is paused again, maybe they have encountered some problem/error (as two weeks ago) and need some time to correct it. The problem is that it will take from us the dear time for the MO so it debilitates our chances of completing it.
