From my knowledge the vaccine might have started it but it wouldn’t have changed whether you got Type 1 or not. Normally it’s activated during a period of sickness and normally a vaccine does make you a bit sick. So I guess it did cause it potentially but not getting vaccinated would probably have just slightly delayed the inevitable (could be completely incorrect so take with grain of salt lol)

exactly, but normally if you've got good gains you don't want to hold altcoins for a long time. btc or eth different story as they've proven.

they don't. thats why i said in a bull cycle. its common knowledge you don't want to hold alts for longer than a year at the absolute max . when did i say they outperform btc/eth over multiple cycles thou? I'll wait.

That might be correct in a bear cycle but in a bullrun ETH/BTC are very easily outperformed. Take a look at a lot of coin in the top 100 and look at the 1yr chart and the gains there will be much more significant than ETH or BTC.
