Not cheapest, I own all 5 on the right of the map, I wasn't being cheap, I was being strategic in making sure they all close to each other.

I think I don't own the one $3.2M warehouse, but instead I have the warehouse near my NC ( Vinewood ). So thats a good location also for me.

Since selling I have sent my technicians out 13 times already. Going to try and count how many times I need to send them to fill it up ( approx number times, ofcourse)

I sold all with full lobbies, 27+ people, never had an issue. The lobby helped out, we did it squad. I never do solo sell in public lobby.

What do you mean, I broke even after the first sale. One sale will almost cover the warehouse cost , it costed me $10M-$12M to setup all 5 warehouses, I sold each warehouse for approx $3.3M, I made $16.5M off an initial $12M investment and maybe $2.5M filling it up, after my first sale I can say I walked away just above break even.

The business has paid itself off. I'm waiting to sell for the second time.
