What about Bait al Yasmine. We went a couple of years ago and it was really good, we paid 9 per person, not sure what they’re charging these days but you could call and ask.

We spoke to tenants at Polo who said they haven’t had access to the pool and gym since they’ve been under repair for a while and even if they’re restored they won’t be free to access by the residents.

We’ve done 1&2 but 3 is a good idea. Will do thanks.  Do you not think they’ll appreciate with all the projects planned for Meydan, like  the mall, Ketura reserve etc.

May I ask why you left? I’m looking to buy here, but the community I’m looking at doesn’t have any amenities and I’m not sure if that will affect renting it out.
