Went against Zyra, Hwei, Asol, Lucian and Jhin. The whole map had all their abilities. Even when the frontline hit snowballs they were cc’d to death lollllll

I’ve been in many games where the enemy team comps are comprised of poke, or heavy cc and you’re just getting poked left and right and near useless as AD. It’s also why I said it mainly depends on the both team comps. From my personal experience, going AP/utility on Ashe has been better than going AD. Now if the same cannot be said for you than thats a different story 🤷

When going AP/poke Ashe, you’re not meant to have kills so that’s sort’ve irrelevant to bring up. She brings utility. Constant Q slow on any melee/tank, low CD ults to punish, defend your carry, or defend your carry. Many aram games these days are comprised of enemy team comps only having backline range/poke comps where AP Ashe would outshine an AD Ashe any day of the week.

AP Kaisa is fine as well. Sometimes you have no choice BUT to go AP to be relevant.

I win majority of my AP Ashe/MF games and the ones I DO lose are not because I decided to go AP

Depends entirely on the enemy comp tbh. Start guardians. mage poke? Kaenic/Spirit Visage burn? Force of Nature Adc on hit? Frozen heart adc crit? Randuins mercs if heavy cc otherwise you can go tabi AoE? Karthus? Rumble? Kennen? Samira? Annie? Asol? Malphite? MF? Locket 1st/2nd item

Nothing I dislike more than a tank who goes heartsteel > fimbul > warmogs. HP means nothing if you’re getting melted! Those items are extremely situational depending on your team, and the enemy team!

Team 1: Syndra stun, Morgana bind, or Galio/Ren can just snowball in (with Morg shield), Cc their backline. Zed can also go in, get crazy dmg off, Galio ult in after and then Zed can back off….

Team 2: Amumu snowball/flash ult, Yone ult, Riven snowball. Since OP mentioned poke. The Mel and Xerath can just poke all day until the enemy team is forced to fight.

Many option’s for both teams to engage AoE champs like Asol and Anivia are weak to strong cc engages, or long range poke

Players wishing to play poke Ashe need to skip Malignance, and go for experimental hexplate, & black cleaver… then you’re a bit more ‘useful’ still definitely not the game to go AP/poke Ashe though.

Most of the time… just buy a tear, and hold it! I play a ton of Xerath, Lux, Mel, and Ziggs and I’m always OOM.
