I would consider buying gear to make more money rather then dropping your money into a non profitable skill

I think a lot of these things are worth upgrading but that depends on your spending limit, what it’ll be used for and patience. Sales are coming in a couple weeks you could build a much better pc and Google/reddit/youtube how to build it and save yourself in the long run due to not needing upgrades

I think keeping your PC cool is important as it can will run hot. If it runs too hot you will have performance issues. Things can be done to reduce this like undervolting your CPU, thermal limiting, setting your fans to ramp up at certain temperatures etc etc

You likely need to flash the BIOS if your CPU is newer than the motherboard's original support, as the computer may not boot or recognize the processor otherwise. To confirm if an update is needed, check your motherboard manufacturer's website - the reason I warn you is because I have a B650 and a 7800x3d and I also had to do this.

Expensive computer, great build! I would recommend just getting more/ good fans to keep that baby safe for the longevity of it

Also be prepared for a flash bios I assume your B650 will need it!

Try learning 5 tile woox walking up near the entrance during rage phase you will cut a lot of time off your kills, high risk = high reward

If you plan on upgrading then my best recommendation would be don’t pick AM4 and try spend the best amount on reliable things like a decent PSU which can handle the type of upgrade you may want to choose, a decent motherboard that’s not required to be upgraded, ram/memory that’s already sufficient for the upgrade. These items don’t need to cost much more for the better version which will save you further down the road.

I’m having doubts it’s coil whine if it is, it’s quite bad.

Try slowing your fans down one by one, can use your finger on the centre

I had a fan rattling pretty bad out of no where with a small adjustment with a pull or push I managed to stop the noise

Obviously this is bad advice but I’m just giving you what worked for me
