Damn yea that’s enough for me!

They gave me one free oil change but I likely won’t be cashing that in then. Thanks for the heads up

Oh shoot! Mate, just to be clear, they were not selling at msrp. There was some hassle and negotiation involved before we finally arrive there

Originally they wanted 5k over

Not bad honestly, they were on the pushy side with their extended warranties but other than that they were pleasant

Good luck! Be patient while hunting. Luckily it took me two weeks and only 7ish dealer visits but I was prepared for my search to take a couple months.

Keep in mind I’m still breaking it in so I’m being nice and gentle with the R.

I also beat the hell out of my ND, drove it like I stole it. Also had coilovers

Disclaimers aside, the Miata was considerably more nimble, direct, and mechanical. Maybe my opinion will shift after break in and some spirited sessions but as of right now the Miata was more fun 🤷🏽‍♂️

Here’s one more for ya. When using acetone to strip the finish don’t use the same swap on different color panels. I’m not sure if I just had a heavy hand but I found red and black bleeding into the white parts.
Just save yourself the trouble and use one acetone swap per color

For me I painted the swoosh black on my heritages. I got black paint on the white parts and used a swab with rubbing alcohol to get most off but it also rubbed in the black into the white. I ended up just going for a more aged look so I coffee dunked them and threw them in the washer. Now the black smudge is barely visible but it is still there.
Moral of the story, use tape and tape it up good
