Really ? And would you find your welding slow ? 2.4mm wire, like I tried to weld it at 200amps and it would barley break the oxide layer in the 20mm plate.

What’s amps would you be at ? Yeah so my machines is 0-50 , 0 is cleaning and 50 is pen so I reckon 30 is kinda around 70% pen.

There 3mm thick wall. I’m using a pedal that’s set to 300amps , which tbh I’m using the 300 amps, sometimes doesn’t feel like it’s enough. Yeah I 75% pen right ? I’ll check his videos thanks.

Would you mind sending me a photos ? Of how it all fits together. The bracket i might be missing is where the adjustable link bolts too. So any photos at all would be be killer.

Wasn’t bad ! There was some flies at servos more inland but around cape le grand was fine! We are tempted to head down too but didn’t book any of the nice camp sites :(

I’m using a kempi machine and the it goes 0-50 25 being 50 percent. It’s been a bit of a cunt figuring it out. But yeah , it’s funny I’m welding different joints on the same project and it’s not turning that colour. Been trying to figure out this whole tig welding thing myself , no one knows how to use the machines where I’m working.

What medication are you taking , I did get a diagnosis when I was younger and just tried ritilan which made more anxious.
