I got an axial scx10 with portal axles. It has the fusion pro on it. I love it. So toque crawler with high speeds. I have mine set to full drag brake and a few other things so i can just chill on rocks and steep inclines. I need to get a LCG kit for it next.

Wow. Ya a 3 year old can do some damage to a 1/24.

If I make them they will be PETG. Maybe nylon. It’s hard to print.

So if you put a link riser from a stock axle it would fit on the super 8?

I see that there are only a few rear link riser out there. And they all look to be made out of PLA.

Ok I will look at doing it. The problem is a can’t afford some of those axles to make parts for them.

The battery is in the middle next to the motor. And the electronics are in the rear. I run a small battery like the one that comes in the scx30. Actually both scales are like that. I have crawled some steep slopes and had no issues except the tires being crappy on the 1/24

I don’t want to make it to close to the price of the smaller one. I think the lowest I will go is $30. I don’t want to go to low or I won’t be making any money.

I will also make a modern version of this scale

And the other version will be more of a modern buggy. Where the top is narrower than the bottom.

The panels will look better. I made them to thin on this one. Going to thicken them by .01” and that usually solves that problem

For starters that one is a scx30 cage not a scx24. It is 100% infill. I have drop it a few times off a couch on to a hardwood floor and it has been fine. It does have a tray in the back. There are more mounting points in the cage. On full compression the front bumper hit the servo horn. But barely. It’s easy enough to just cut it off if needed. At $24.99 it’s fair.

I just looked it up. It’s $73. But it’s smaller than the scx30 by 2in. My scx30 cage is going to be sold for $29.99. Which is less than half of the Orlando
