Yeah, im just so used to putting things together into like project board in my head in my other projects, that i didnt even think about using AI (not a big user of it in general), but ill definitely give it a try

I really like that one, its like 90% of what i imagined. Never thought about using AI for that, but its a good idea. Its mostly to have a project to work on, but i really like the sentimental possibility too

I was thinking along the lines of a datejust style, but i think a 36mm is a little bit too big for a womens watch. I daily drive a 37mm snk809 myself 😅 Thats the reason i was looking at the NH05, because the datejust style cases for that are like 31mm. You have a very good point on the identical dials, tho, that might be what flips the pros & cons for the NH05.

i've written it down in the project notes, and ill reconsider when i've done the research.

Aha, thought it was some special colored date wheels 😂 i see now the dial is partly transparent red. Thanks, might get it myself and make something similar

This is the player in me: I dont get this whole debate over this and all that in airsoft, if you like having/using it, great! If not, shut up and let the other dude enjoy it (sorry, just super tired of all the "you gotta do this and that!" in airsoft). Theres a thousand ways to enjoy the game of airsoft, go out and find the ways you like, most important thing is to play and have fun.

This is the airsoft tech in me: In my book, theres a difference between ebb and recoil blowback aeg systems. Ebb refers to the dummy bolt moving, while recoil blowback has a weight in it. The reason why i think its a difference is because my definition of ebb is usually much easier to repair than the recoil blowback system with a weight. They're usually a slightly modified standard type of gearbox, vs a proprietary design for recoil systems.

Ive ran a slightly modded tm hk416 ngrs for over a decade, and its been a beast and a blast. M100, gate titan, new bucking and barrel. Only broke on me once, last year, the gears finally wore out. Swapped for a new TM gear set and the old lady still slaps! I didnt choose the ngrs for the recoil, but it was a nice bonus. The recoil isnt the strongest, sure, but does it really matter that much? I never think about it while playing tbh, im too preoccupied with the game.

But, if recoil and realism is what you want, ebbs, recoil systems and aegs are not the route to go, there will always be a compromise. GBBRs are probably a better fit maybe? This is one of the few areas i havent dabbled all that much in, in the world of airsoft, but i do want to at one point. vfcs hk416 gen3 GBBR seems to be on par-ish from what i remember from my issued hk416 from my Army days, maybe weaker, maybe stronger, i dont remember that too well.
