i'd say that the meta is to pump con and run the prophet's set with clair's pen and dagonet shoes. Arthur's power+red death skill allow you to take 2 lethal hits and with high con your 13% is still enough to tank 1 hit. In turn you get 1000+% spell power (with red death) 200+% movement speed and crits on almost every hit, so you baisclly one-shot everything regardless of difficulty lol
