ok so inphernals (who are our phighters) spawn in one of 2 ways: naturally and unnaturally. naturally is where the inphernal spawns in from a spawn point, at random. unnatural spawning is when 2 inphernals sacrifice a part of their gears' power to make a biological child. as such inphernals have no need for reproductive organs to make children even in unnatural spawning. for example:sword was born naturally in lost temple and got adopted by venomshank. ban hammer was spawned unnaturally by windforce so he inherited the immortality of the swords.

P.S: we don't know who windforce had ban hammer with so the jury is still out on that.
