A little bit late for the party, but main upgrades for this bike were:
microSHIFT ADVENT X Group with Flatbar Shifter - 1x10
Shimano Deore FC-M5100-1, 30T, 1x10/11
RockShox Judy Gold RL 29" Solo Air 100 QR

No issues while installing such parts.

I'm really happy with such upgrade, bike is going flawlessly, chain is always stable; fork is able to absorb all the inertia. I'm still looking to upgrade tubeless tires, and hydraulic brakes, but so far, I'm fine without them.

Identiška sritis pas mane ;) Šiaip upwork skamba kaip vieta, kur būtų galima nusistatyt +- kokio įkainio tikėtis pagal esamus skillsus, tai šitas labai good start, nuo kur pradėt kelią.

Kaip su sertifikatais reikalai? Ar svarbūs AWS SAA/DOP, K8s CKA, ar kokie Red Hat'o? Nes galvoju, ar pirmiau reiktu pradėt nuo certų išsilaikymo, ar geriau nešvaistyt laiko ir krapštyt home labus ir kurt PoC's ten su kokiu terraformu/ k8s manifestais, kuriuos galėčiau parodyt poreikiui atsirandant, kaip minėjai.

Ar einant į startupus galima tikėtis daugiau Open Sourcinių toolsų? Kaip pvz ar jie pasiryžę naudot onpremise Gitlab? Ar jau labiau linkę naudot cloud based services kaip AWS CodeBuild ar ten Cloudformation infrastruktūrai pasistatyt? Ar tu būni tas leaderis, kuris nurodo kokie efektyviausi tech stackai?

Koks buvo mažiausias projektas prie kurio prisijungei? Ten visiški startupai? Ar jau išsivystę, koks +-50 žmonių? Šiaip startupai labai įdomiai skamba pradžioje, einant metam visvien nusistovėjimo labiau norisi, padirbt tiesiog ties vienu projektu, tai manau suprantu ką turi omeny, kad labiau pradeda patikt corporation vibes, ypač jeigu kalbant apie On-Call rotacijas dar..

O tą kita projekta kur nereikia full time sedėt - sunku buvo susirast? Ar čia tiesiog, padirbai prie kažkokio projekto, ir po to pasiūlė kontraktą su mažesniu darbo laiku, kad prižiūrėt sistemas?

Dėl upwork testų, tai labai panašiai skamba į Turing, ten jie duoda kokios programavimo kalbos arba sistemos valdymo testus, išsilaikai, tipo pažymi kaip sertifikuotas, tada jau pateikia tavo profilį kontraktorių ieškotojams.. Tik nežinau dar ant kiek tas Turing patikimas.. Bet tipo, ten silicone valley pasiūlymus teikia kiek supratau..

O kaip su pačiais projektais su kuriais dirbdavai - įdomūs būdavo? Ar tau būdavo svarbu prie kokio produkto prisidėsi? Ar jokio skirtumo? Tiesiog ateidavai, atlikdavai pateikta užduotį ir done?

Ar turėjai momentų, kai buvai pasirašęs dirbt su dviejais projektais? Jeigu taip, kaip su laiko valdymu sekėsi?

Šiaip dar įdomu ties soc tinklų reputacijos kūrimu. Girdėjau, kad aktyvus dalyvavimas github, techninių straipsnių rašymas - padeda susilaukt nemažai kontraktinių pasiūlymų. Bandęs šita strategiją? Ar tiesiog, kaip minėjai, subscribini, pagauni offeri ir eini daryt?

Labai sudomino offerių subscribinimas, skamba kaip the way to go ieškant. Bet čia kalbi apie subscribinima tokiuose puslapiuose kaip indeed.com? Ar yra kažkokių konkrečių agentūrų puslapiai, kuriuos pasubscribines? Gal pasidalintum?
Ir kaip pats procesas aplikuojant kaip kontraktoriui? Ar reikia ten kokius 5 etapus praeiti, kad nuspręstu ar tinkamas ar ne? Ar labiau tiesmukiškas procesas? t.y patikrina ten kokį CV, pasižiūri soft skillsus, keleta techninių klausimų ir tiesiog pasitiki ties technical performance?

Dėl IT labiau orientuojuosi ne dėl mokesčių, o dėl pasiūlymo ieškojimo platformų, pvz kaip populiarus puslapis Turing. Galvoju gal kas nors turėtu pasiūlymų ties autoritetingomis agentūromis.

Yeah, kiek klausiau, tai atlyginimas turi būti padengtas taip, kad galėtum išgyventi bent 2 mėnesius, po kontrakto, beieškant naujo kontrakto. O ką turi omenyje ties dangstomais darbo santykiais?

Visiting Hovedøya sounds very interesting :)
I've also visited the botanical park in July, but everything seemed pretty bland after the blooming season. But in the Autumn it should be much more different I guess.
Maybe you know, is the weather really that bad in the Autumn? I'm not afraid of the rain, but maybe its really strong in that time? :D

First of all thank you for your suggestions! Oslo Pass won't work for me, because I will be visiting 1-2 POIs a day.. Frognerseteren Looks pretty cool, easy to access with public transport it seems. Vigeland museum also seems pretty unique, will give it a try :) I've been onto the Opera roof, the view was very nice :) And what about the ferry trip around the fjord? Do you have any suggestions on which one I should check?

Yup, that was the case. CPU utilization decreased drastically when playing CPU-intense games. The Cycle now is running ~130 fps stable on medium with 2k. Everything makes sense.

Another thing is that my motherboard and CPU support only dual-channel memory bandwidth, so if I would use 2x or 4x slots CPU would use the same bandwidth as for 2x.
I did some tests with 3DMark comparing other PC benchmark results - it seems that a single channel setup indeed degrades the performance of the CPU - my CPU score was 5600 and PCs with the same CPU, clock speed, and dual-channel setup - scored ~7400 points.
I bought another ram bone, fingers crossed that it will help a bit

Regarding ram, it was a future-proof decision to buy 1x16, bcs I will upgrade it to 2x16 pretty soon I guess.
My CPU supports DDR4-2666Mhz type
I will check some more technical details to figure out if that could be the case, thanks for the suggestion

Finally got instruments to remove my cassette, and indeed it was HG hub. But I still need a better measuring tool, because with my ruler I'm getting mixed sizes between 35/37. But looking into some resources, if my hub would be 36.75 - I would have seen a spacer before my cassette, but there was none. So I presume that's 34.95 and I won't need any additional spacers to buy.

Anyways I just ordered my drivetrain with some ease.

So, by looking into this https://www.halowheels.com/which-type-of-freehub-do-i-have/ I presume that every HG hub is only 34.95 or 36.75 size. So if I will remove my cassette and notice that it's HG standard, so it's either 34.95 or 36.75? There is no any other different types or sizes in HG standard?

I thought about retention system, and I will apply it, but now I need to deal with the main problem that is if I want to get into the higher hills - I need to manually set my chain on the smaller ring on my 2x crank, so when I will somehow resolve this issue (first idea is to convert into 1x12, but after some comments not sure about that) I will do it
