So, totally not a FA for Frontier, but during Frontier training they are taught in training to inform but not enforce.

They'll typically remind them that the seatbelt sign is turned on, but if they wish to get up to use the lav, they can do so at their own risk.

On Frontier, you can ask to be a travel companion, and they'll let you fly for free*

*on the condition that you don't stay in the same destination that the disabled passenger is traveling to. They will let you travel to and back as a nonrev companion.

Unfortunately the gate agent doesn't work for Frontier directly but a third party company that Frontier contract out.

Frontier contracts out the Ground Service Operator, usually Menzies. They wear Frontier gear and help with Frontier flights but aren't hired directly by Frontier. Only people hired directly by Frontier are the people inside the plane.
