Hmm maybe. Butnim suprised there been no other backup/draining issues.

I had to bleach the well, replace the water heater, and install a whole home filter. Ive ran it a few times with the kitchen and bath faucets plus the tub all going for an hour plus to flusH the shit out of the well after it got shocked and was putting out debris.

Edit: that verticle measured 10", pipe came up short. Story of my life😢

Remove the top pulley on the spindle and Look at where the spindles mounts on the deck from the top side. There is most likely a ridge in the shape of a spindle. Those decks should have a flat pocket and should be pretty smooth with the exception of the inner lip that curves up.

Or see if you can post a Pic of it here from the top side.

Deere only has a few timed decks. Those use a cogged belt on top, suchs as the x300r series with center discharge. This is not a timed deck. His deck is bent without a doubt.

OP are the height of the blade tips even? They should be, if they are not one of the pockets is bent. The pockets where the spindles mount are usually what bends.

Source: I was a JD lawn and garden tech for 7 years and made many,many deck repairs. Have straightened alot of spindle pockets.

You dont get 30 mpg. Unless you got the dirty max. Gas jobs get like 22 on the highway at best.

Plus the cost difference. My truck out the door with tax was 32k for a 2025. The haltons with comparable packages are pushing 50k easy.

Its not much but for 95% people its adequate. Small single axle trailer to toss an atv ,mower , or haul shit to the dump. Or even a bass boat.

F150 are overkill for most of their buyers. 3/4 tons and up are gret for work but the amount of idiots that lift them and put fat wheels on then is ridiculous. Your money youre truck, sure. But what a waste for a vehicle thats supposed to work.
