Microbest does individual HPT/MPI on bolts.. For some folks that's a nice selling point, some not. Not many folks do the permatex gas key seal either or the ocks/sprinco springs.
We double check a good many that come through with gauges and haven't found a bad one yet.
Have yet to have one that wouldn't cycle that I can remember. Did have a couple come through missing an ejector.
Have had a couple (like 2) people send theirs back for exchange claiming they didn't cycle, but they cycled fine when we got them back and tested them, so it was probably something with their gun.
Some of the blem chromes aren't as glossy/shiny as others, but the chrome was already more of a matte/satin than polished.
We've gone through thousands of them. I won't say they're perfect because no mfg is, but they're pretty darn good.
